Inspection Scope
Sure Trak Auto provides non-invasive vehicle inspections based on visual checks, functional testing, and road testing where safe and permitted. Inspections do not include vehicle disassembly, internal engine or transmission teardown, or guaranteed detection of all defects.
Inspections reflect the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only. Mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues may develop after the inspection due to normal wear or hidden conditions.
No Guarantee or Warranty
Sure Trak Auto does not guarantee future performance, reliability, or roadworthiness of any vehicle inspected. No warranty, expressed or implied, is provided with any inspection service.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
- Ensuring permission to inspect the vehicle
- Confirming seller or owner authorization
- Making the final purchase decision
Inspection reports are provided as a decision-making tool only.
Limitation of Liability
Sure Trak Auto’s liability is limited to the inspection fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including repair costs, loss of vehicle value, or lost time.
Safety & Access
Certain inspection items or road tests may be limited due to weather, traffic, vehicle condition, or safety concerns. Sure Trak Auto reserves the right to modify or stop an inspection if conditions are unsafe.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Requirement
Full payment is required to secure and hold your booking.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee
All bookings include a $50 non-refundable booking fee, which is applied toward the total inspection cost. This fee covers scheduling, travel planning, and reserved service time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- The $50 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
- Remaining balances may be credited or rescheduled at Sure Trak Auto’s discretion
- Late cancellations may result in additional charges
No-Show Policy
Failure to be present, provide access to the vehicle, or cancel in advance will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued.
Vehicle Availability
If the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or inspection cannot be completed due to seller restrictions, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
